This is a formal review of the Ewell Household as conducted by the CPS of Maycomb County. In this review, we observed the court testimonies given and have enclosed our reports below citing our suspicion of possible abuse and neglect, and a reviewer’s notes pertaining to the two family members we believe to be involved in the main incident.
We have concluded, in partnership with the Council of Higher Intelligence and Education Forum (C.H.I.E.F.), that this will be put under the category of “ain’t it” until further notice.
